School management
Portus Farelcollege has three departments: lyceum, mavo, and vmbo.
The daily management of the departments is in the hands of the director and the department head of the respective department.

Portus Farelcollege is part of the Portus school group, which is part of CVO Rotterdam.

Board
Portus school group is part of CVO Rotterdam. This association comprises seven school groups for secondary education, ranging from practical education to categorical gymnasium. Most CVO schools are broad educational communities. They provide education at 40 locations for around 20,000 students.
